- Instant online price shown is an estimate only, based on customer input and must be approved. You will receive a finalized estimate for your approval.

Scheduling:
- To proceed with service, select the ORANGE button in the final estimate email to view the estimate online, then select the BLUE “approve” button and sign the estimate electronically.
- Once you’ve approved the estimate, simply add your credit card on file. Don’t worry, no one can see your credit card number, not even us!
- Our software follows strict Level 1 PCI compliance regulations. You can add your credit card by viewing the estimate online (selecting the orange “view estimate” button), and then selecting the “Store Card On File” button at the top.
- You will receive our service agreement in a separate email. We ask that you read it thoroughly as it outlines the services we will perform as well as the terms and conditions of service. Once you have reviewed it in its entirety, please sign it electronically.
- After we receive the signed Service Agreement, we will reach out via email with the scheduled service day. If that day doesn’t work for you, just let us know and we will reschedule.
Payment:
- Service is charged to the credit card on file, when we arrive to your property for the first time, prior to service. This is to ensure you have an active, functioning card on file.
- A sales receipt will be sent when the card is charged.
If your lawn is overgrown, you will be charged for Tall Grass Service in addition to any other services that apply to the current condition of your lawn. Please make sure to select ALL services that apply when generating your estimate. You must also select the appropriate grass height to receive an accurate quote. Your final charges may be different from your estimate if you have not chosen the appropriate services for the condition of your lawn.
